Visibility & Analytics
We gave both the retailer and suppliers visibility to the products at each location along the supply chain (store, DC and in-transfer). Accurate invoicing and shrink reconciliation enabled collaboration to improve service to the consumer.
Scan-based Trading (SBT)
We kept a perpetual inventory by item, by store and by distribution center to provide complete transparency to the supplier. Working with us, retailer confidence in the suppliers’ ability to order and to meet expected service levels was increased.
RESULTS
- 6% inventory dollar reduction
- Moved 20% of suppliers to the program
- Time and labor savings for the retailer when ordering product was moved to the supplier
- Service levels maintained and in some cases exceeded
