We provided monthly deep dive analysis using unique and custom grouping data to identify over and under performers by product, by location. Results of this analysis armed the account manager and team with the information they needed to identify and realize pricing and merchandising opportunities. This insight enabled pricing adjustments and changes to merchandising schedules that enabled key busy stores to keep product available for consumers.
