Is the FDA FSMA 204 food traceability regulation a food safety or a supply chain problem?

While accountability might fall on your food safety team, the real work for FSMA 204 compliance needs to happen cross-functionally throughout your organization. The regulation is complicated, and the consequences are real. But every department – from sales and merchandising to operations and IT – will have a different reason to care and a different purpose for becoming involved.

Does that mean every restaurant operator in the U.S. needs to hire a Head of Traceability? Find out at this special, 30-minute webinar with food traceability expert Dr. Ben Miller of The Acheson Group (TAG).
