Industry-leading Compliance Automation Solution to Power GRMA’s Non-Food Quality System Standards

Salt Lake City | May 1, 2018 – ReposiTrak, Inc., the world’s only company with a sourcing, compliance management and advanced commerce platform for retailing, today announced it is partnering with The Global Retail and Marketing Alliance (GRMA) to integrate medical device, OTC, cosmetic and supplement quality audit standard management into ReposiTrak’s Compliance Management System. GRMA collaborates with industry leading retailers, manufacturers and trade associations to improve and align quality system requirements. The move will benefit GRMA’s registered suppliers, retailers and consumers, in addition to its certification bodies and auditors, in managing the audit process from initial request through collection of results and reporting. As part of the initiative, ReposiTrak® will host and provide exclusive access to GRMA’s audit database.

Importantly, the partnership enables GRMA-registered suppliers to leverage ReposiTrak’s Compliance Management System to collect and manage all their vendor documents in one place. This includes GRMA-required documents like a current register of approved vendors, in addition to other vital business documents, such as signed vendor agreements, certificates of liability insurance and letters of continuing guarantee that reduce brand risk. Additionally, GRMA’s registered suppliers will have access to ReposiTrak’s other solution suites that include supply chain optimization and opportunities to participate in the ReposiTrak Marketplace, an advanced ecommerce platform. The ReposiTrak Marketplace will grant access for GRMA’s registered suppliers to enter their products where retailers can find them, place orders and curate catalogs using their products.

“This is an exciting time at GRMA, as we introduce a new set of benchmarking standards, requirements and certifications for OTC, Supplements, Medical Device, and Cosmetic product classifications,” said Mike Finamore, Board Chairperson for GRMA and CEO of Gemini Pharmaceuticals, Inc. “We conducted a thorough search for a partner to help us elevate standards not only with our data management and reporting, but also to be the complete system and backend database for these new compliance requirements. It made perfect sense to partner with ReposiTrak because of their vast experience in the industry and extensive technical capabilities.”

“We are thrilled to provide GRMA with a holistic platform to host an entirely new set of benchmarking and certification standards for the non-food industry,” Randall K. Fields, Chairman and CEO of Park City Group and ReposiTrak. “Ensuring the compliance and quality of both food and non-food suppliers helps us deliver on our mission of safer, more transparent supply chains for manufactures, processors, wholesalers, retailers and consumers. We value our relationship with GRMA and are honored to support the organization and the compliance technology needs of its membership.”
