The session, titled “FSMA: What Every Retailer Should Know,” will provide attendees with an opportunity to learn what parts of Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) impact them most. It will also share the best way to work with their peers and with experts to identify techniques and tools to integrate FSMA-compliant processes into their businesses. The session will be held Wednesday, June 22 from 12:15pm – 1:00 pm on the Meet and Learn Expo Floor.
Experts from ReposiTrak, the only industry food safety platform to be exclusively endorsed by FMI, will be available at booth #1645 to discuss food safety and how automating compliance management helps prepare for the FSMA and its seven major rules that will be finalized in September.
