ReposiTrak® Exceeds Target of 2,000 Supplier Connections Ahead of Plan

News & Blog

April 28, 2015 | Salt Lake City, UtahReposiTrak®, the leading provider of Compliance Management and Track & Trace solutions for food, pharma and dietary supplement safety, exceeded its summer 2015 target of 2,000 connections.  Adoption of ReposiTrak has been fueled by retailers, wholesalers, and suppliers preparing to comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), which is scheduled to begin implementation during August 2015.
Key drivers in ReposiTrak’s rising number of supplier connections is it’s easy-to-use, automated on boarding system and its dedicated staff of customer service and technical support personnel that, as necessary, can help suppliers expedite the implementation process.  Once on the system, suppliers can easily share documents and where applicable, verify their accuracy with an electronic signature.  As documents are shared and verified, and because of ReposiTrak’s alerts regarding inaccurate, missing, or expired documents and proactive follow up by the ReposiTrak team, non-compliance rates have fallen by up to 70%.
“We continue to see accelerating growth in ReposiTrak as more senior executives become aware of civil and criminal liability for their supply chain’s compliance under FSMA,” said Randall K. Fields, CEO of Park City Group. “We are dedicated to helping our clients implement ReposiTrak quickly, so they can begin to more effectively manage their compliance and reduce their risk as the FSMA implementation deadlines approach,.”
Powered by Park City Group’s technology, the ReposiTrak platform helps manage the regulatory, financial and brand risks associated with issues of food, pharma and dietary supplement safety in the global supply chain, all for approximately the price of a monthly cell phone bill per connection. The platform consists of two systems, the Compliance Management system, which not only receives, stores, and shares documentation, but also manages compliance through dashboards and alerts for missing, expired or inaccurate documents and the Track & Trace system which quickly identifies the supply chain path taken by a product in the unfortunate event of a product recall. It can reduce the risk in the supply chain by identifying backward chaining sources and forward chaining recipients of products in near real time, as well as ensure product authenticity.
