January 9, 2013 | SALT LAKE CITY & BOISE, IDAHO January 9, 2013: ReposiTrak, Inc. a joint venture between Park City Group (NYSE Amex: PCYG) and Leavitt Partners, and Recall InfoLink, provider of a state-of-the-art product recall management system, today announced the signing of a joint marketing agreement. The agreement outlines the collaborative efforts to grow sales at both companies.
ReposiTrak uses Park City Group’s suite of solutions to enable grocery, supermarkets, packaged goods manufacturers, food processing facilities, drug stores and drug manufacturers, as well as logistics partners, to track and trace products and components to products throughout the food, drug and dietary supplement supply chains. In addition, the technology addresses the market need of receiving, storing, sharing and maintaining regulatory documentation all in one convenient location.
